Anti-Inflammatory Diet Has anyone been on one, and if so, did you find it difficult to switch to such a diet? I'd been having back pain that increased in severity for several months. I went to a couple of doctors who wouldn't take me seriously. Finally found one who did, and who sent me for x-rays. They showed minimal arthritis in the lumbar spine, as well as several bone spurs. I am only 27 years old (28 next month), and already have a host of health issues: type 1 diabetes, chronic pancreatitis, PCOS. I need to do all that I can to help myself. I need to be healthier overall. That includes losing weight. A friend suggested an anti-inflammatory diet, but I'm not sure where to start or what internet resource to trust. Study of IV Loperamide and 4-Acetyl-Loperamide with Citric Acid I have conducted a couple studies on this over the counter medication. My test rat is still alive and kicking, fortunately. I will lay out what I have done, what works and what the possible reasons are for successful results I have experienced. Loperamide Extraction 72 2mg(144mgs) Loperamide pills were crushed and placed in a small glass cup. The resulting powder was soaked in 30-50ml Isopropyl Alcohol. 50-100mg of Citric Acid was stirred into the solution to increase Loperamide solubility. Cup was placed in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to increase solubility by heating.(this may not need to be done) The solution was stirred once more and left to sit for a few minutes or until the fillers settled to the bottom and the liquid layer became a very light green. high tolerance to antidepressants and supplements Hello. I have ocd and a high tolerance to medications, vitamins and herbs. If it does produce a beneficial effect, it wears off before the day is over. I've recently tried inositol at high doses, recognized significant relief, but short lived. Can you get Windows task scheduler to submit an online form once a month? I know there would be other more sensible solutions to this problem but for argument's sake, theoretically would it be possible to get Windows scheduler to submit an online form once a month? Tapering off from long-term Methadone Maintenance I have been on Methadone Maintenance for almost four years now, and would like to start tapering down. I'm worried about withdrawal, however, and how bad it may get. Personally, I can handle all of the physical stuff - the cramping, tearing/yawning, diarrhea, muscle aches & pains, spasms, sweating, chills, etc., but what gets me every single time is the anxiety I experience during withdrawal. I have never had issues with anxiety previous to my experiences with withdrawal; the first time I (unknowingly) entered withdrawal was the first time I ever felt what anxiety and anxiety attacks were like, and to this day it remains as my biggest hurdle in ending my Methadone Maintenance Program. I've looked through some old threads searching for some input on taking morphine orally but haven't really found what I was looking for. I have 14 morphine pills - after internet searching pretty hard I've been able to identify them as 30mg morphine sulfate extended release. They're small, round greenish/gray pills with 30 printed on one side and E653 on the other. From what I understand, the instant release will give a better high than the extended release. Are these worth taking? I have some experience taking opiates and always enjoyed it. If I take it, orally is the best way to go or should I try snorting? How long do the effects of Tobacco Effect Heart Rate? The Smoking Tobacco Recovery Time Line I found says roughly 8 hours and 30 minutes later all the Nicotine in the Blood is removed from the body. Help. Mdma nerve damage? Sigh i wrote for an hour and i got logged out and lost it all. Here i go again. My first Mdma usage started in 2012 December and my last was on may 12th. Although my mdma usage was about <15 times, i really abused it. TDS Lawyers, are they worth the money? 2nd DUI. I'm not sure if this is against any bluelight rules, or TDS material so I apologize mods if it is. But I thought maybe we could have a discussion about lawyers. I'm considering hiring one for a 2nd dui charge (bullshit charge, the car was parked) and I'm not asking for legal advice, only other BL'ers experiences with lawyers. I've heard 95% of them are crooks, I've heard they are a waste of money, but I've also heard that for serious cases, trying to represent yourself or trust a random public defender is just not smart if you aim to win and fight the charges. Lawyers cost a lot of money so it would be great to hear any lawyer stories if this kind of thing is allowed. Especially dui related cases. Also, I am in the state of California.
