Winterboard UI sounds problem??

Just used evasi0n to JB my iphone 5 (6.1).. Installed a few UI sounds through Cydia and when I apply them via Winterboard nothing changes! I've done everything from reset, reinstall, etc.. On my JB 4S I would simply check the UI sounds in WB and then respring and BAM! Sounds applied..same went for a theme that had its own custom sounds..

I can get all my favorite Winterboard themes to work... But EVERY single Sound UI Sound Theme I try.. All I get is the old regular iPad sounds. Anybody else having this issue? OpenAL on iPhone suddenly becomes really quiet

As the title states, sounds will just play at ridiculously quiet volumes. I thought it wasn't playing at all until I heard sounds barely audible at max volume. It's been fine for weeks.
