Just got a Weber Bbq anyone made beer can chicken.

I have just bought a Weber one touch Charcoal grill is there any other bits and pieces I should buy. I really want to try Beer can chicken this week any one done it any tips? Do I need to buy a weber poultry stand or just put the beer can in there. Any one know some good BBQ forums I can use.
