iClear30 won't make connection on ProVari

Help? I'm trying to help one of my customers that uses a ProVari. I don't have a ProVari, so it make it difficult. The iClear 30 will not make contact on his mod. On most mods you can pull up the center pin, but from what I can tell, this cannot be done on the ProVari. Any suggestions or similar experiences?...

eVic vs Provari, voltage and wattage.

So I've been running my eVic with the 1.2 firmware and everything at default in VW mode. New Awesome provari but...

maybe im just a noob but my provari came with an atomizer with no top. it has a bridge so i can just put on a drip tip and direct drip, or can i? what kind of top should i have bought with it? other than that it is soooo amazing.

Just got my new Provari... Broken?

Ok just got my new Provari today. I have tried 10 different button top 18650 batteries and I get nothing, no power. These are all high drain IMRs. Is there some trick or did I get a DOA unit? I metered all batteries and they have a full charge.
