iClear30 won't make connection on ProVari

Help? I'm trying to help one of my customers that uses a ProVari. I don't have a ProVari, so it make it difficult. The iClear 30 will not make contact on his mod. eVic vs Provari, voltage and wattage.

So I've been running my eVic with the 1.2 firmware and everything at default in VW mode. I've noticed that even when I run at 7.4w / 4.Xv on a 1.8 ohm Vapeonly BCC it doesn't hit as hard as my Provari does at 3.6v. I'm guessing it's because the Provari at 3.6 is running a higher wattage. I am asking this as I have seen advertised measurements be different than real ones. What is the difference in length between a stardard Provari and a Mini. I have another ProVari on the way as a cut down candidate. I want one that looks a little different than the other Mini's.

maybe im just a noob but my provari came with an atomizer with no top. it has a bridge so i can just put on a drip tip and direct drip, or can i? what kind of top should i have bought with it? other than that it is soooo amazing.
